The Friday weekly sales of pure-bred poultry which we have organised are very successful; yeitcrday we quitted Plymouth Rock cockerels at 10s to 11s each, and Silver-Pencilled Hainbiu'ghs at 4s Gd to ss. Usual consignments of bananas ruled from 2s Gd to 3s 9dper bunch ; cocoanuts, 7s 6d ; peanuts, 2d ; and pines 5s per doz. THE WOOL MARKET. The N.Z: Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following telegram from their London cilice, dated sth instant :—Wool—The sales progress steadily. Coarse crossbred has declined ; )d per lb since the opening of the sales. Up to date 1 1 7,000 bales have been sold, Fiozen MeatMarket steady.
