Pasteur lias cabled to tiie Government agreeing ti send out to tbis colony a vaccine of disease. Dr Germont and M. Loir, bis representatives bere, are to instruct tbe Government in tbe use of it. The Government are to pay tbe expense of M. Pasteur’s delegates, and tbe charges for vaccination are to be tbe same as those agreed to be paid by the Indian Government, viz., small animals like sheep 2d each, and large animals like oxen, etc, 4 each.
