The apparent unwillingness of tho British Government to aid tho colonies in their attempts to exclude the Chinese from Australia, has given rise to a fooling of dissatisfaction, and vigorous public action is now contemplated in all the Austral tan colonies. A. mass meeting to consider tbe question is being bold here this evoning. It is understood the Government will resist the landing of the Afghan’s passengers here, should tho steamer bo brought on to this port. Melbourne, Apr 1 30,
