(Per Press Association). Watpawa, Fob 21. A case was heard here to-day where’ll A. W. Gorki, solicitor, was charged by Dr Mirbach with committing a perjury. After hearing tho evidence the Bench dismissed the case, stating that they were convinced the action was prompted by arhnus.
