Depreciation in Value of Otagon Runs.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, Jan 17. The Land Board met to-day to fix the upset for about "23 runs, the leases of which fall in on March. A reduction of about £l5O rental on the upset of the whole of the runs as compared with the upset when previously sold was made as compared with the rentals which the runs brought. However, the difference is £4300.
