Friday, 30th December. (Before J. Allen, Esq., R.M.) J Scott and Co. v Barilett.—A claim of £34 19s 8d on a dishonored promissory note. For plaintiff, costs, 31s. T. Smale v. G-. Small. Plaintiff claimed £3 16s Sd. Verdict for amount, costs, 19s. Fell Bros, v Hornby and Lovien.—A olaim of £52 6s on a dishonored promissory note. Mr Sinclair appeared for plaintiffs, Mr Mediab for defendants, admitted the debt. Judgment for plaintiffs, costs of court, £3 5s ; professional costs, £3 3s. _ Hekiera Paora v F. Sutton.—Claim, £4O for rent of land. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff, costs 41s.
