No person allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of one pound to the race fund. All nominations to be acomiipanied by fees, name, age and description of Horse, and Colors of riders must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than j p.m. ou the l -ltli of January, 18,33. Weights to bo declared on Monday, 23rd of January. Acceptances close on Friday, till of February, IHSS, at -5 p.m. Throe horses to accept, or no raoo. District horse shall mean any horse that has been resident in the Pelorus Hiding for three consecutive months previous to the race meeting and owned by a person who lias resided in the said riding during the same period. Any jockey riding except in the Colors entered will bo fined £2. Horses for the Maiden Hurdles to bo at the Post at 11 a.m. sharp.
