National Insurance Company.
(Per Press Association.) Dec. 11. At a special meeting of the National Insurance Company, the resolutions passed at the annual meeting to open a rharo register in London and Austra' ; a wero confirmed. The Chairman said that during the six months any shareholder cor'd have 2.5 per cent, of shares transferred to the Loudon register, but after that they would bo dealt with by priority of application.
