Per Electric Telegraph— Copyright SPECIAL TO PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, Nov 11. At the banquet given by Unioniststs at Westminster, a resolution was passed expressing conlidence in Lord ELartington as the leader of the Unionist party. Iu the course of his reply, Lord Hartington said the Unionists were not ashamed to co-operate with Lord Sabsbury, and that joining Mr Gladstone would mean the betrayal of England.
