Appeal Court.

Per Tress Association. Wellington, Nov 17. Tho Court of Appeal was occupied today with tho hearing of the appeal case, Gray v Parker. The ease arose out of a decision given by tho Chief Justice at Gisborne, when Parker sued a number of defendants for £I,OOO in connection with leasing of land, hut judgment was given against Gray alone for tho amount. Tho appeal was allowed witli costs.
