Tho pnquiry regarding the Windsor raiLyay accident WJS Joc sumed to-day when the Pranram Station. Master was examined, and deposed that ho had represented to the authorities that the Prahram Station was ’ under manned hut this had been without effect. He had been afraid to make another complaint on the subject for fear of losing his situation.
