Received May 24th, 1 a.in. 4pelaide, Monday. Tho yacht Sunbeam with Lord and Lady Brassoy arrived to-day. Tho South Australian Government have adopted tho payment of mombers as part of their ministerial policy. Melbourne, Monday. Tho pnquiry regarding the Windsor raiLyay accident WJS Joc sumed to-day when the Pranram Station. Master was examined, and deposed that ho had represented to the authorities that the Prahram Station was ’ under manned hut this had been without effect. He had been afraid to make another complaint on the subject for fear of losing his situation.
