o (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, Doc. 9. A body supposed to be Andrew Dalziel’s, his‘been seen in the Molynaaux near Cromwell. Nelson, Dec. 9. A man named John Anderioa, was killed at Wakapuaka to-day by the overturning of a dray in which he and a msn named Lyford was riding. Lyford was unhurt, he falling beside a log of wood which prevented the dray falling on him, but Anderson’s head was smashed. Auckland, Dec 9. One of the lads at the Kohimarama Industrial School named Wm. Carter, while bird nesting fell over the cliffs, and has been sent to the Hospital. Ilis skull is believed to be fractured. One of the unemploye 1 on the defence works, feil into a gum pit breaking ten of his ribs.
