Mrs E. Edie and her daughter. Miss Dorothy Edie. Edtevale. wore visitors to Arrowtown last week. Mr Sooths parents were early settlers at Millers Flat. Miss Betty Robb, of Invercargill, is spending a holiday in Arrowtown art the guest of Mr nnd Mrs J. G. Macpherson, Central Hotel. Mr and Mrs F. Butler, Invercargill, were visitors to- Arrowtown last week. They were the. guests of Mr But-1 arts sister, Mrs E. L. ThompsonMr and Mrs R. E. Hyde, of Otahuti, Southland, are on a- visit to Mr and Mrs R. H. Baird, Soho Station, Arrow town. Mr and Mrs F. Green, of Invercargill, came to Arrowtown for the funeral of the late Mr John F. Dennison.. 1 ; Mr and Mrs John McArthur, Dunedin, were visitors to Arrowtown last week-end, Mr McArthur was a former resident of the district. Miss Barbara White, Dunedin, is on a visit to her sister, Mrs Alex Grant, Lake Hayes. Visitors to Arrowtown for the EobertsonShaw wedding were:—Mr and Mrs W. Shaw, Tussock Greek, Southland ; Mrs J C. Shaw, Lochiel; Mrs W Eeid, Luggate; Mr and Mrs A. F, Hill, Otautau; Mrs W. Houston, Fast Taieri; Mr and Mrs A. Robertson and Miss A. Robertson, Invercargill ; Mrs J, Hanna, Invercargill; Mr Boniface, Riverton.
