SIMPLE CURE FOR INDIGESTION.

We arc aIJ more or less subject to occasional attacks of indigestion, i and much money is sjH'iit in doctors' I bills, pills, powders, patent medij cines. and the like. It will interest I many to know of a simple and in- ! fallible cure, easy to buy, easy to : make, and easy to take. Get a 1 small quantity of lin9eed (not linseed meal), costing 'ld. per pound. Put two heaped tai)l.\spoonfuls into an ordinary earthenware teapot with three cupfuls of water. Then place the teapot on the fire or stove, and ' let the contents come to the boil. On a less stnyig heat let the liquid infuse for as long a time as possible —all night would not be too long. When cooled down pour through a ! close-meshed strainer into a small . tumbler a quantity of what is now "linseed tea," aiKl drink it. It should be taken three tint's a day before meals, half a tumblerful each time, unless it acts too strongly as an aperient, when the quantity can be reduced. It can be taken cold or lukewarm, but on 110 account hot. I have tried the above with success, and several friends to whom I haw given the recipe arc loud in praise of what "linseed tea" has done for tltem. If you are a martyr to indigestion. try it, and you will never regret it.
