MARKET REPORT. Messrs F. ami F. M'Do.vald ANn Co., Invercar gill, report as follows for the week ending 23rd instant: Largi- business done during the week and we can take any quantity at the following (trices : Selected winter greys, 18<1 per lb ; ordinary winter bucks and does, free of spot*, 17<1 ; Apiil and May's greys, 12£ d to lo£d ; autumns, 10d to Is ; sumner's, 7d to 9£d ; winter black and fawn, I2d to 13d per lb. All these pi ices are net cash at Invereargill. Consignments receive our prompt attention aud returns posted same day as goods arrive. LATEST QUOTATIONS. Dunedin, this day. Prime bullocks have fetched £lO 17s 6d, and sheepskins from 17s to 19s. Winter rabbitskins are Is 6d per ib, with an upward tendency. Only local business has been done in hides and tallow. Best Derwent potatoes are 455. The demand for wheat is quiet, the best fetching 4a Bd. There is a large inquiry for oats at Is 6Jd. Chaff is £2 7s 6d.
