July Ist, 1871. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., Warden.) EXTENDED CLAIMS. Applications of J. Reid, and G. Stewart and another were dismissed. IS o appearance of applicants. PROTECTION. T. Burn, J. Hayes, L. Small, and W. Macdonald. All granted, till claims workable. Malaghan v. Nil Desperandum Dredge Company.—Claim, dissolution of partnership. Adjourned for a week. Sun Sing Tong Company, and South Beach Gold Mining Company. The parties are very large companies of Chinese miners holding Mining Leases. The applications and objections were withdrawn, and the cases not called on.
