REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE LAST MONTH. Figures submitted to the TramwayBoard yesterday by the Works and ■Traffic Committee show that the revenue during the four weeks ended November 23 last was £698 more than tho expenses. During the samo term last rear there was a deficiency of £ISOO. Idie term includes Carnival Week. Last rear’s revenue was affected by the goslow policy and the influenza epidemic; all the picture shows and tho public halls were closed for part of tho term, and lato trams were restricted- The ‘ following are the figures for the term . this year and. last year:—

The total net receipts for the seven months from April 1 to November 23. were £121,631 this year and £99,737 last year, an increase of £21,894.
