RETURNS FOR NOVEMBER. By Telegraph—Proea Association —Copyright. LONDON, December 16 v The Board of Trade returns for November, issued to-day, show that compared with the corresponding month last year the value of imports into Britain inoroascd by £20,854,217 and exports by £894,081. The value of re-ex-ports decreased by £3,387,300. The full figures for November, 1917 and 1916, are as follows:
