SEAMAN DROWNED. [Pkk Pnsss Association.] AUCKLAND, September 13. The body ol a seaman named "Fredcrick Parker was found in the harbour to-day. Deceased had been employed on the scow Jatio Gitford, and it is thought that he fell from a dinghy last night when returning to his vessel, winch was anchored in the stream. MISSING. Smith, who left for Tuki Tuki in a motor launch on Tuesday last and has not been heard of since. Tusi Tuki is situated near Cabbage Bay, just inside the gulf, and under tne favourable conditions which obtained when the launch left Whangapoua at 1 p.m. on Tuesday it should have reached its destination six hours later. Smith had no dinghy attached to the motor boat and it is thought that the engine has broken down and that the vessel lias drifted to t-an.
