Tho enemy attempted to cross the Bystritzn south of Jezupol but failed. • Attempts to recapture heights in the wooded Carpathians region of •flhe Czarny Czcremosz wore unsuccessful. CLAIMS OF THE ENEMY. THE BUKOWINA FRONT. AMSTERDAM, September 13. A German communique says:—General von Contas's troops repulsed a Russian massed attack in front of imotree on the Golden Bistritza.
