A further romand for a week has been granted by Mr Cutten when John Brown was charged in the Pblice Court with the attempted murder of Thomas Kelly. Sub-Inspector M'Hvoney stated that the injured man was now out of danger. JJ-c l ,as to be examined by means of X-rays, and was expected to appear next week. Mr M'Neagh, for accused, asked for bail. This was granted in accused's own bond of £2OO and two sureties of £IOO each.
