ARTILLERY ACTIONS. Tlio High Commissioner reports:— LONDON, June 17. On the Carnio and Isonzo fronts artillery actions aro in progress. NEW MINISTRY. VIGOROUS WAR POLICY. (Received Juno 19, 1.23 a.m.) ROME. Juno 18. A Royal decree sanctions further war expenditure of 400,000,000 lire (about .£15.000,090). The new Cabinet, with Signor Noselli as Premier, includes Baron Sonnino, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Signor Nissolati, Political Commissioner of War Services, and represents a continuity of the policy of a more vigorous persecution of the war. Signor Arietta assumes the now Ministry of Railways and Mercantile Marine, and Signor Dcnava the now Ministry of Industry and Commerce. AERIAL RAIDS. PADUA BOMBED. The High Commissioner reports:— LONDON, Juno 17. Hostile aircraft bombed Padua, resulting in three people, being killed and

eight wounded. Yesterday an air squadron dropped 160 bombs and 60,000 arrows on the enemy encampments north of Asiago and tho Nos Valley, bringing down two hostile machines.
