NO INCREASE IN COMING TEAR. [From Our Corresvonpent.] WELLINGTON, Juno 17. The Prime Minister states that negotiations were completed this morning A\*iill the Colonial Sugar Company, and that the mice of sugar has been definitely fixed at £2l per ton, the same ns at present, for the year ending June 30. JOl7. This price has been arranged without any special conditions or concessions to‘the Sugar Qompany.
