NAPIER FIRE.

The fife did no further 'damage, Luckily, the wind carried the heat and sparks across the lagoon, and this probably saved a whole street, of small bouses. One of the horses destroyed was got out but collapsed from suffocation and was burned to a cinder. Tho origin of the fire is unknown. The damage, roughly, is £13,000.
