Another forbids the export of meat, revoking the previous proclamation limiting the export to the' Dominions.
GERMAN CAPTURES.
VESSELS TRAPPED AT ISLAND . PORTS.

The steamer Moresby brings news that Messrs Burns, Philp and Cb.'s steamer I'nduria is held by the Germans as. a prize at» Jaluit, in the Marshall Islands. Tho captain and crew, also Mr Hayes, the. company's ag?nt, are safe, but arc detained as prisoners of Avar. The firm's other island steamers are safe.
The Germans captured a Japanese steamer and trapped a number of other vessels at island ports before any but themselves were aware of the declaration of war.
