In the Supremo Court to-day the jury returned a verdict of nob guilty in a case in which Arthur William Potherick was charged with par jury. Sitting in Divorce, Mr Justice Edwards granted decrees nisi in cases Heggi v. Heggi (husband's petition) and Johnston v. Johnston (wife's petition), both on grounds of desertion.
