[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, May 17

At the Supreme Court to-day decree nisi was granted in the case of Mary Ann Burrows v. Peire Finch' Burrows (New Plymouth) for desertion. Decrees nisi were granted in the cases of Thomas Frederick Fletcher v. Estel Fletcher and John Waklon, misconduct ; and Josephine Chipman Briggs v. Michael Briggs, desertion. The following decrees were granted :—Lydia Mabel Torbett v. Francis George Torbett; George Powell v. Lizzie Powell; Edith Victoria Mackirinon v. Frank Mhckinnon ; Edith Maud Hurle v. Henry Isaac

William Hurle; Annie Shiels v. Robert John Shiels; Thomas Phillips v. Sarah Ruth Phillips; Mary Evelyn Aitkenir. Thomas Aitken.
