REARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS. [Per Press Association - .] ALCKI.AND, March 0. In view of the departure of Bn Joseph Ward and Dr Findlay, the portfolios have bean rearranged. The lion J. Carroll will he Acting-Prime -Minister, and iu addition to his own portfoi os will ho Minister in charge of the Crovsn Law Office and the Advances to Sottiers, Electoral and National Annuities oCites. Mr Millar will take the Treasury, Friendly Societies, State Guaranteed Advances, Land and Income Tax. Mr Fowlds will lake Defence, Justice, Police, Prisons and Public Health. The Hen T. Mackenzie will take the Post and Telegraph Department, State Advertising and State Forests, the Hen It. M’Keuzie Customs and tho Bon D. Buddn Lands for Settlement and Land Settlement Finance.
