“ G.H.J.”—(I) The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act which constituted the Commonwealth of Australia received the Royal assent on July 9, 1900. (2) The Act provided that tlio seat of Government of the Commonwealth should be determined by the Federal Parliament. (3) Canberra was recommended by a Special Commission appointed to report upon tho proposed sites, and this was adopted by Parliament last year. “J.R-.H.”—A will receive £'3o2 10s. and B £450. “ F.W.B. ’ —There could lie no advantage in publishing your letters simply for the purpose of correcting their misstatements.
