A new hall erected for the. young men’s classes in connection with the New Brighton Methodist Church will bo opened by the Rev H. It. Dewsbury to-morrow afternoon, at 3 o'clock. A tea .meeting wil be held at C o’clock, and a musical entertainment at 8 o’clock. At the Spiritualists' Church this evening Mrs A. Praed will give demonstrations of psyobomotry and clairvoyance. An important land sale je to bo held in Wellington shortly, when Messrs H. Turnbull and Company will offer at auction the properties comprising the Rhodes estate. Moefc of the land is in the heart of the city.
