MACMAHON’S DRAMATIC COMPANY. .... The fifth and final performance oi “ The Price of Sin. ”• was wi.nessed last night at the Theatre Royal by another large and very appreciative audience. The arrangements for : tne ensuing .week are'announced, and are as follows To-night and to-morrow evenings, will be devoted to a production , upon a luxurious scale of Marie Menaies’ London Adelphi dramatic success, ' ,‘j A Rogue’s Daughter,” they rim of which has already reached its one thousandth night in England.' On'Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings the'famous original dramatisation of Marcus Clarke’s great Australian story, ‘‘ For The Term of His Natural Life,” will be produced. On Thursday evening, in compliance with a generally expressed d e re, and in view of the-fact that on the ccca- i n of its previous performance by this company a, large number were unable to gain admission, a special performance of , “ East Lynne ’ will be fiven. On Friday, February 8, the heatre will tie closed for a unal dress rehearsal of the coming production of “The Yellow Peril.” OPERA HOUSE. The posings of Apollo Belyidere a* bronze statues are proving a, great attraction, and last evening the Opera House was well attended. The tura supplied by the Driscoll Brothers the house thoroughly amused, and the clever patter comedians were accorded a hearty round of applause at the conclusion of their sketch. •
