EXHIBITION BUILDINGS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Now that the Exhibition Buildings have assumed definite shape, I suppose one may express an opinion as to the general effect and utility of the design and scheme of the arrangement. From what one can see, I venture to predict that the leading note of the remarks made by visitors will bo that it is a fine example of a lost opportunity. I am confident this subject will receive attention from others more competent to deal with it than myself. I am, etc.,’ SARTOR REBARTUB.
