The timber trade throughout Australia had been ?. very depressed, but since the company’s year closed a decided improvement had occurred, and the improved outlook, coupled with the fact that there was still £15,000 of undivided profit left, warranted the recommendation of the payment of. the same divi■■h dend as last year.
