A RAILWAY DIFFICULTY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, August 25. It it reported from Aden that the French, complaining of the iscale of taxes levied bn the traffic portion of the French, railway traversing Abyssinia, and refusing to pay certain charges, Abyssinia stopped the construction .of the roAd from the railway at Dirodana to Harrar and Occupied the concession with military and hoisted the Abyssinian flag. The natives of Jibutil are alarmed at the troops from the protectorate. It is understood that a body of Senegalese sharp-shooters will arrive in September.
