PRIZE DISTIBUTION.
The annual concert and prizw oiocribution of the Waikuku District, School was held in Mr M’Donald’s Woolshed on Friday evening. Mr M'Donald, Chairman of the School Committee, was in the chair. There was only a moderate attendance, owing to the influenza, epidemic in the district. An excellent musical programme having been gone through, the prizes were distributed) as follows : ■ Sewing Prizes—Standaid V.—Maud Skerington. Standard IV.—Rose Stokes Standard Hl.—Annie Morriss. Standard I. —Elsie Morriss. Attendance Prizes.— Flossie GiE l r Winnie Gill 1, F. F. Skerington, 1, H. Stokes 2, and Wesley Robinson 3. Examination. Prizes.—Standard Vl. Frank Skerjngton 1. Standard V. —Percy Robinson, 1, Reggie Archer 1, Flossie Gill X, Maud Skerington 1, Conny Lyfqrd 1, Carry Thompson 2, Kate Archer 2, Henry Stokes 2. Standard IV.-rE. B. Skeringbon 2, Rose Stokes 2.
