ENTERTAINMENTS.

■On Wednesday evening the Salvation Army's bioscope lecture, entitled " Social Salvation," was given at the Institute Hall, Rangiora, to an appreciative audience. A full house again greeted Dix's Gaiety Company at the Opera House last evening, when the popular programme which has been running for some nights was repeated. Miss Alma Gray and Miss Maud Hewson were especial favourites, and responded several tdmes to encores. The programme will be repeated this evening, and on Saturday night the Dartos will make their last appearance.
