The trial at Berlin of two soldfars, Marten and his brother-in-law Hicket, on a charge of murdering Oaptaiin Vonkrosigk, has been revised. At a previous trial both were acquitted. Marten has now been found guilty, and sentenced to death, and Hicket has bsien acquitted. JAPAN AND RUSSIA. (Received August 23, 1.3 a.m.) TOKIO, August 22.
