Turnbull and Chas, Taylor respectively were ’posted in tbs pUlar box at the corner -of South Belt and Manchester Street. Theletter addressed' “Mr Chas. Taylor, Trades Hall, Inglis Buildings, Christchurch,” has, I am informed, not been delivered, and as its non-delivery has occasioned some friction, I would esteem it a favour if you would supply any information respecting it.—l have the honour to be, etc., etc., FRANK S.
