"ftJOTICE is hereby given that, at a Special 'Meeting of the Sydenham Borough Council, held on 'June ‘AKh, 1901, the Council passed the following resolution: That, m pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in them by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, -anid of all other powers and authorities in that behalf, enabling them, the Mayor, Councillors and burgesses of the Borcugn of bydenham.(hereinafter called ’Corporation ’), acting by ‘the .Sydenham Borough Council (ncreinalter called ‘ Council’), do hereby resolve to raise, by special order, a Special Loan of .£IO,OOO by the issue of 100 Debentures, for the sum of £IOO each, bearing interest at the rate of ,£i per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, for the following undertakings; ’’ l''or purchasing land for me Sydenham' Public Cemetery, erecting cottage for sexton, and improving the Cemetery . ■. . £1,105 “ For purchasing land, -erecting fencing and - buildings for municipal purposes, including Municipal Offices,.
