A man named Robert Wright met'with a slight accident at the.Kaiapoi Woollen Factory on Thursday, some iron falling on and crushing; his thumb. A .man-, who gave his name as M’Tavish, was taken to the Hospital last evening, suffering from a rather severe scalp wound, sustained by falling in the street, and striking his head against the pavement.
