[From Our Correspondent . ] WELLINGTON, August 2. THE ELECTIVE EXECUTIVE BILL. Including pairs, sixty-seven voted on the Elective Executive Bill, irrespective of the Speaker. Those unaccounted tor are Messrs J. Allen. Haeelden, Heke, Kaihau, Pere . Mid Seddon, TILE MINISTER OF RAILWAYS. Sir Joseph Ward has been confined to ’ his bed for the last two days, suffering ■ from a . mild attack of measles, ’ the prevailing epidemic here. He will probably be able to resume his place in the House C3i Tuesday. A KEEFTON-WESTPORT RAILWAY. A deputation from Nelson and the West Coast interviewed the Premier and the Hon W. Hall-Jones yesterday, with reference to the construction of a railway from Reefton to Westport, which, they Urged, would . open up a large tract of country bearing coaLand timber, and much agricultural land. Mr Hall-Jones said that'a trial survey had •keen made, but owing to a difference of •pinion in Raofton regarding the route, the matter would not be far enough advanced ■ i to allow a sum to be placed on the Estimates i this session. %
