HOCKEY.
/ .natch was -played on Saturday betweon the Christchurch, a-nd Sydenham teams, -and, after a close, fast, and very friendly game, resulted in a win for the latter club by four goals to two. For the winners .Thiele (2), Ford (1) and Jacobs (1) scored goals, as did Man son and- Barry for Christchurch. Mr W. Johnston made an efficient referee.
