ALLEGED FORGERY AND UTTERING.

THE ACCUSED REMANDED. At the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday morning, before Mr R. Beetham, S.M., Theodore Bumbann, Mias Schriner, alias Slater, was charged with having, on Feb. 2, uttered valueless cheques to the amount of £lo'to one David Sullivan. He was also charged with having, on April 6, forged and uttered a cheque for the payment of £ls. Sub-Inspector Black asked for a remand till Wednesday next, and his Worship granted the application.
