PICNICS.
The bakers of Christchurch held their annual picnic at Tai Tapu on Thursday, The party numbered about 230 persons, and they went in drags from Cathedral Square to the grounds of Mr M'Kenzie,, which had been kindly lent for the purpose. The Elite Band attended, and sports were taken part in. __„.„__________
