OBITUARY
[Pek Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, May 22. Mr William Neiteon Sym, formerly a Provincial Councillor, and a member of many local bodies, died on Sunday at Okato, aged seventy years. Mr R. d. Battchope, who was chairman of tlte Education Board, a Victoria College crovernor, and occupied various other public positions, died suddenly on Sunday night from heart failure, aged sixty-two.
