THE FORBUBY PARK TROUBLE. [From Oxjb Correspondent.] DUNEDIN, May 11. The trouble concerning Forbury Park has been advanced a stage by the owners of the racecourse yesterday serv.ng a writ on the trustees of the Dunedin Jockey Club for £ISOO, for an alleged breach oi agreement in not keeping the course and appointments in repair. CHRISTCHURCH RACING CLUB. On account of the inclemency of toe weather, the Christchurch Racing Club postponed until Saturday the meeting winch was to have been held at New Brighton yester day. Acceptances for the Takapuna Jockey Club’s Winter Meeting close to-day.
