CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 30

On. the arrival of the Hohonzollern, with the Emperor of Germany on board, at Jaffa, the Turkish warships fired a salute. The Emperor rode forty miles over the plains of Sharon, and then proceeded to Jerusalem.

LONDON, Oct. 31.

A Reuter’s despatch states that the Emperor and Empress of Germany have entered Jerusalem. The city was gaily decorated, triumphal arches had been erected, and there were illuminations and fireworks. The patriarchs welcomed the visitors.
