United Press Association—By Electria Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Oct. 30. Frozen Mutton.—Cross-bred wethers and maiden ewes, Canterbury 3id, Dunedin and Southland North Island 3 3-16 d. Lamb is not quoted. River Plate quotations are unchanged. At the sheepskin sales there was a poor demand, and supplies were largely withdrawn. Merinoes declined to |d, and tross-breds to %d. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable message from their London office, under date Oct. 27: After making due allowance fo?: possible contingencies, we purpose declaring a dividend of 4s per share, being at the rate of 8 par cent per annum,, and making, with the interim dividend already declared and paid, 8 per cent per annum for twelve months. We carry forward a balance of £20,428. The reserve fund remains at the amount mentioned in last balance-sheet. The annual meeting of the shareholders of rhe company takes place on Nov. 10. s
