TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I see by a telegram from Sydney that volunteers are to be sent from there to England, and that a number of gentlemen have guaranteed expenses. That is the right way to go about it. If the people here who are anxious to do honour to the Queen will shell out the necessary cash (and of course they-will), it will be all right. They will bo pleased, and so will we who don't-believe in it. —I am, &c., W. G. R.
