THE PETONE MURDERS.

THE TEIAL OF BOSHEE. IPer Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 22. In Bosher’s case the evidence for the Crown was concluded to-day. No evidence was called for the defence. The Crown Prosecutor, in his address, said that the prosecution did not rely on the knife as the most important evidence. No one said that the murder was committed with the knife, but they relied on Bosher’s attempting to conceal it and the falsehoods he had told about it. He reviewed. the evidence, and detailed the accumulation of facts, which, he said, all pointed to the prisoner as the guilty man. Mr Wilford’s address for the defence will be taken to-morrow.
